There will be no update on any potential takeover offer until the underwriters have sucked up all of the leftovers. Remember the last cap raising had FA take up from retail mums and dads.
Once the dust settles and the leaches have their fill of 10c shares then MAYBE an offer will present itself. And all the investor smucks and under writers who picked up at 10c may double, triple, quadruple their investment in a month.
Don't tell me there is no plan. The board and especially the CEO can't survive the next AGM.
