has any other asx company had so many offers withdrawn?
The management actually go out of their way to undermine any potential takeover as they dont want any offer to be voted on and potentially accepted.
They dilute the f$$k out as soon as an offer comes through which forces the suitor to withdraw and walk away.
Apparently they are cash flow positive. The share price was at a multi year low and they think its a good idea to raise more money at 30% discount because "AI".
