thats the risk of having a major shareholder - minor shareholder will get shafted for sure here. I expect genius to lob another offer very soon with busy bees out of picture now. Doubt it would be significantly better than 1.35 they offer (maybe 1.50 considering mayfield having qcquired further centres from genius at inflated prices....)
