After all, the competing bid is gone and Mayfield aren't buying centres on attractive multiples from Genius...
Genius seem to have their own troubles of late too and have been in media for walking away from 2 centres in WA and recently closed their flagship centre in Melbourne CBD. Wonder whether they tried to flick those to Mayfield too?!
