I worry about this stock now. I invested when the company was managed by a major share holder, they paid very good dividends, even delay paid a very good one during the pandemic. Nice at the time , but with hindsight if your looking to grow the money might be put to better use. Then they do the Genius thing and the centres do not even perform well enough to get the additional payout. Then the Genius people get the role in management. Make a low bid for the company, match a higher bid , expecting exclusivity with a non binding proposal, then withdraw from the whole process saying they will vote all their shares against any other bid.
Hope I'm wrong but if I was looking to grow in this game , would look else where.
Any way i,m still in, but thinking I should have sold recently.
