I went back and looked at the shareholding on Tikr
Genuis own 33%
The Clarkes 29%
Riverside Road 16%
J T Campbell 16%
If Busy Bees pick up the 2nd, 3rd and 4th holdings then they will own the majority of the shares and have control.
I dont think that this is over yet
