    So as a shell, why would Eugene and this new sub holder today, put so much cash in..Agree this company has been run in to the ground it seems, but these guys see value order at would not invest..
    Clealy Ryan appears to have been in for a quick buck, but got stuck buying at highs, averaged down, and then thought 249d as an after thought because of his disatisfaction, but threw in the white flag as he was way out of his depth it appears.
    We have been in this far, either go with the board, or sure , make a 249 d, but see it through to the end.
    Anyone who throws 26 million shares on the sell side momentarily as a dare to a mate, imo does not deserve a seat on a board where I am a shareholder..
    No wonder the board are still having celebratory drinks and finger food, chuckling at this utter nonsense.
