For clarification;
I withdrew my notice after the latest capital raise.
I just cannot be involved with a board who operates with the complete disregard for SH's and it is everything I loath about the ASX.
I can elaborate but I have given up. I have not sold but obviously want to exit.
Its just pathetic and without an acquisition this is dead and nothing in company disclosure to market suggests this....
The capital raise valued the company at what $1.7M post money market cap with a supposed investment in Loyyal worth $3.2M?+ for a few months revenue and zero detail to market.....
I am done and now focusing on actually creating profitable businesses.
