If you look at the headline figures most people would not have paid $1.40 NTA when the headline stock is trading at $1.30
If they were serious about pulling this off they should have priced the PTrackERS more appropriately (Eg. Post tax NTA) or at least given holders of PGF a discount or loyalty scheme.
