    @marty1250,
    I haven't checked this forum for a while as I have been travelling and it is a shame that you feel fooled. I am holder in WAC and I am applying for a larger parcel in the CR. Do I feel fooled? Nope, do I feel disappointed? Yes, but not with WAC or Nuheara. If you read the prospectus carefully you will find that the CR is needed to develop the prototype (section of the funds, page 4 I think), if the prototype would be ready they wouldn't have gone through aback door listing, they would have gone private. In my view, the reasons of the rejection of the original prospectus are too harsh, some of them are asking to open cost structure and strategy which is beyond what may be seen as reasonable, I believe the regulator is doing what they consider is right but I have never seen a request for that level of detail in other prospectus that I have read in the last 6 months.
    I have personally talked to Nuheara guys and they are very open to discuss the issues. It is important to understand that the real value in Nuheara comes from their experience in their previous company Sensear (Sensear.com) that still operating successfully, the Nuheara team has many years of experience in this field and are willing to continue in this project to make it happen. In my opinion, the back door listing seems to be a faster way to do CR but additional regulations and requirements will make prospectives companies to go private.
    Regards,
