The "galling reality" is that when they raised funds on the false pretence of drilling in Indonesia, is that they didn't return funds to SH and then wind up business then and there based on their failure to carry out their duty as directors to advance the company in the interest of SH.

The lack of protection for SH is terrible. How can a company raise money and claim the purpose was X and then with no vaild excuse change their mind and just keep the money. I sold fortunately soon after from memory for a loss of course, but at least haven't had my money tied up in them since. Shocking behaviour and effort from the company either meant no one wanted to deal with them or they were incapable of closing deals.

Any clever people wanting to enter the exchange knowing the history of the company in all its reincarnation would not of wanted, I suspect, anything to do with it starting life as a company. Best for past and future SH to lay this one to rest.
