    The company is now private, but holders still own shares.

    Covid may actually have provided HOG with a lifeline. There will be numerous O&G companies come under extreme pressure or fail in this climate. If TF can find a half decent one it may be a good (in comparison to other scenarios) opportunity for SHs.
