I think it was clear they did not have the votes.
If they had offered some sort of sweetener to the existing holders then I would have considered it.
They should have thought about issuing a warrant to existing unit holders at the NAV of 16.8 and having it exercise in the 3 yrs time. That would have been fine with me.
Now they think it is too hard, so they are backing out and seem to accept that the entity will be wound down and killed off.
I expect we will get dates within the week on the timing of this.
