Whether a statement is factual or not doesn't stop a party from serving you with a defamation suit for it.
This is one of the many things that are wrong with our financial and legal systems today: Unscrupulous people take advantage of the little guys while people that speak out against them such as the 10FootInvestor, Sulieman Ravell and now myself, are silenced with threats of financial ruin by means of legal action.
At the end of the day, the lawyers win, the little guys still get shafted and the people that actively try to oppose it get shafted even harder.
Looks like I'm going to court!
