The pullback might have more to do with the selloff in US no profitability growth stocks and the freezing of the SPAC market, which could impact the firm's ability to attract a takeover bid during their "strategic review".
The fact that the stock price has gone up so strongly DESPITE Regal's selling over the past month or so is actually quite positive, IMHO. The new owners might have a longer term outlook.
But, as always, nobody knows.
