Off take agreement pending for sale of tantalite concentrate? Will provide additional cash up front that can be deployed for exploration and upgrade of JV resources and reserves at Swanson mine. JV partner will have two process plants operating around Swanson with lots of opportunity to expand production of both tantalite concentrate and lithium ore. IMHO we are sitting in the middle of a significant lithium province that contains a mixture of lithium/ spodumene type ore around Swanson and abutting leases, along with lithium clay pans and potential brines at Bitterwasser.
