    It means a good news for our SP.... it wont be that stressed anymore... the hanging sword of capital is not a good sign... also they had heaps of cash and considering in mind VTX and SRT, I don't think MW needs more than 2m to do a deal.... He paid shares to VTX vendors along with 500k loan and only performance shares to SRT vendors along with 500k loan...

    So a similar sort of deal to VTX can be expected here...
