A devaluation of shares does nobody good.
The share price depends on the performance of a company NOT some cheapskate trick to make it look higher for new investors at the cost of existing holders.
VIC should mainly focus on proving feasibility of their projects to get shareholder trust and achieve real share price increases for future CR activities
while stepping back a bit from new acquisitions.
