Great win for LT shareholders.
Happy to revise my vote next year for performance rights once the directors get some traction.
I'm a fan of fair and reasonable and rewarding performance, but IMO this was heavily weighted based on our current MC and too early considering nothing has yet be announced to the market yet.
But first, let's see some tangible announcements for deals & tech and provide some value back to
their school of hard knocks LT shareholders.
At some point in our ASX history it would be nice to provide a return on investment to shareholders, not just directors.

So on record, provided they release the Platform by End of March 21, with some solid deals to accompany it....
I would vote YES for performance rights , provided it was more balanced to our market cap upon conversion
