The options were an extremely stupid resolution. the shares were once trading at $1.80 and we are going to issue options at 26 cents, effectively telling the market that is their new optimistic target. I just can't believe how stupid senior management can be. These announcements come out because they are being advised as to how the proxy voting is progressing and want to avoid the humiliation.
