Performance shares are normally from the past and come in play when a target is hit.

You can't just give yourself shares.

So SH might agree if you hit the targets you can have them.

It drives growth, gets the CEO and company goals to achieve the best result.

Every company does it.

You guys really need to understand stocks more instead of thinking they just came from nothing.

It's not trying again it just means they hit the targets set by SH and themselves, the performance shares come into play.

So they cancel them and people complain it is a great show of faith.
