Hi Donkey, yes I believe if they were listening to shareholders then they wouldn't of been proposed in the first place.
But unfortunately we only get a vote on Directors bonuses remuneration, we don't get a say on non directors renumeration and there are some pretty hefty pay packets in the other key management area. Great base salary and then add on the nice bonuses for pretty much doing what they are employed for.
