Is the dog off the leash?
Or just been put onto a really long lead for further training, and only to be released in 6-12 mths when this Employee share plan legislation clears up?
I can't see how they can hold the SP back with all of the upcoming activity, so my vote is scenario 1, dog now off the leash.
