IMO
1. I believe FML deal will likely go through...
2. They will have very large underwriters/brokers in place to raise the first tranche of money... at a bargain discount price.
3. I will consider buying into the CR at discount when/if the deal is locked in.
4. If plan A falls through, then SP will go up again with Toll treatment and plan B timeline implementation.
IMO we are stuck between a potential plan A & B situation.... that’s why SP has gone down...
