The terms of the deal were great when first announced but the terms are now far too risky and maybe the financiers have also got cold feet......$53 million in cash is a lot for a small company and a capital raise is not the solution.
A lot of gold companies have dropped over 30% recently from their highs when FML were pushing up the price...........
