Hmm. I was not averse to the options attached to share price performance or those to MC as so far has no incentive package. I was not in favor of options to time spent with bums in seats esp given recent outcomes.
But of course, they were bundled with MW and RK's so there was no way to vote for incentives for MC without more to prior who already have huge in-the-money options that we were told we were lucky to be giving them at 0.005 as they had thought of doing them at 0.002.
Interestingly no objection was raised to the termination rights given actual performance over the few years.
In some companies, staff get terminated if they do not produce or make huge technical errors.
