It would appear that the next funding round will occur sooner rather than later and will go to sophisticated investors under the 10% or whatever rule rather than another expensive attempt to give regular shareholders the offer again.

Incidentally, SOO would seem to be outside the scope of the Renewable Energy Fund announced today by Minister Ferguson on the grounds of SOO not having an export or technology development focus http://www.sxvp.com/news/article_88/index.htm
