    re: Ann: Withdrawal of Rights Issue and Reven... Could be, but David Richardson took up his rights and I thought the balance was underwritten by Investorfirst Securities.
    I have never heard of them before, but if it was undersubsribed the underwriter has to take up the shortfall. Anyway it means no overhang of stock.
