At the risk of taking sides, Boysen had a fair point....the issue didn't allow holders to apply for extras, meaning the potential of a control shift to Peak....However, the company needs to raise in order to clean up the balance sheet.
This pump and dump looked suss, given the tightness and lack of free float, it did some incredible volume and no doubt, a little more selling to come when the traders move to the next shiny thing....
Management may be able to use it to advantage and raise at a bit higher price, and on better/ fairer terms for holders.
Still some intrigue here....for starters, it needs to sort the board out given the board changes of recent times.
