The positives are they have reduced the dilution and this just show how interested they are in the long term prospects of the company.
1c was too cheap considering the fundamentals. Nickel stocks with inferior fundamentals are valued at multiples of ADD mc. Major SHs including the sub holder that initiated the 203D must be behind this I think.
