Excellent news. We discussed this only yesterday that as an EGM date has not been set after the Section 249D, it was likely that whatever the disagreement - it had now been resolved.
My thoughts are that Bell wanted some El Cheapo shares or options as part of the reverse takeover or wanted to remain as Chairman after the acquisition. He has now been put in his place.
