Ok, so getting the cash is number 1, what's next in importance? A neutral board working for all shareholders interests I would suggest. What would we like to see the board look like? Given the fact that PCR have underwritten the RI, then you would expect that there will be a strong push for their representation. So, where does Brett fit into this. Is he neutral or is he a PCR man? Did he come on board at the behest of PCR in the first place as some suggest? Why does he have to be MD? What are we after with his role? What's wrong with him as CEO reporting to the board?Anyone want to suggest a board composition and broader company structure even?
