One thing I do disagree with you is raising funds.
If The RI doesn't happen and ABM needs funds I highly doubt ABM couldn't raise funds. Probably at better terms.
Maybe they have been approached? Does Lambert have to tell the market there was another cash injection offer? Lambert and Procter are PRC guys?
Sorry...all this distrust leads me to think this might be happening.
ABM isn't some broken cash strapped junior. I bet they could sell their JV rights to IGO for 10-20M right now and that be a 50% discount.
