Agree with your analysis HM.
ABU was not prepared to meet the costs TAM was asking so wisely walked away.
It was only when TAM mothballed their plant that ABU became interested in pursuing it again, and that was after PCR with their $$s and Board appointees, were able to influence decisions, including the consolidation of shares fiasco!!!
