G'Day Pound, All of us LTH have had our pockets picked in this show ground-
that often, that most of us- self included are that jittery the first person that
walked up to us is at serious rick of a beating, therefore the concerns of
holders is completely understandable.
A nice balanced independent BOD with a single rep from each of the main
players seems ideal I agree, although this was the case & look what transpired.

It does not mean i am entirely comfortable with PCR, it does mean-imo they
are preferential to APAC.
PCR- given our immediate situation- seem to quiet literally to be our only best
option- ATM.
Certainly very likely they PCR will have common motive inline with us to
drive the s/p - as they will have significant skin in the game.

I personally think there is a better than fair chance after reimplementation
of exploration & drill core results are known, that ABU's negotiating position
will have changed for the better & its then possible ABU can explore other
options like attracting one of the larger players NST or IGO for example would
be ideal & merger eventuate, a scenario like this would be ideal.

My two largest concerns ATM are a token take over offer & lets face it
it would not be a number we would be happy with & would not represent
fair value or not receiving the capital ABU unfortunately does require,
PCR offsets these two immediate risks !.
