you have been banging-on for the last 12mts-18mths and complaining about just about everything that Yowie did.
you complained about the advertising on buses, the marketing programme, the Walmart placements, the failures to meet sales targets, etc etc.
ALL of that was at the direction of Bert! he was the boss of operations. So he takes the rap.

I have no real feel as to Bert's performance, except the results of sales.
He was the guy at the top, and hence took the fall.
We don't have any real history to attest to Mark's ability - so we will have to wait.

"It is just delayed unless they perform IMO" - well that applies to every single ASX listed company. Any s/h with 5% can call a S249D meeting at any time.
