Yep I've also gone balls very deep in NIC.
This weeks shenanigans has seen me increase the size 4x. I'm a big fan of NIC. Only wish I had more.
I have spoken to a few brokers and some fundies who think very similar things. One person actually described it as a once in a life time opportunity. I told him not to use that language as he was at risk of sounding like a bloody real estate agent, but anyway his sentiment is very high.
