Anyone with any sense knows that the profitability of Cronos Australia today comes from the merger with CDA Health. I don’t know what Rodney was doing to Cronos prior to the merger, but it didn’t look good, and I would say the success today is despite Rodney as CEO.
Anyhow, I hope all shareholders have carefully read the Prospectus released on 19 November 2021 and are paying particular attention to the relevant escrow dates stated therein, because it is obvious some very significant shareholders are unhappy.
