we're to believe that GRV's original EPG applications were either sub-par or sub-optimal to an extent that it was worth acquiring within energy at significant cost.

but now that the deal with within energy has failed to materialise, we're to believe that the original EPG applications are good enough.

one of the two stories is logically incorrect.

basically, a mistake has been made. whether it was, A) to make the original EPG applications in those areas, or B) to acquire Within Energy. it's hard to dress this up as anything but.

so which is it? hopefully, for the sake of shareholders, it's the latter. but, and for good commercial reasons, the exact nature of the deal termination hasn't been disclosed. did Within Energy get a better offer?

once again, there are blanks that can only be filled by shareholder bias.
