Mate, I was not talking about the nasties. It appears most cos at this end of the market have them. It is clear that they have a gripe - essentially because (1) they believe they have lost money because management had been ramping up the stock or (2) because they were in a co that went belly up and they lost the lot and now find management of that co are part of management of another co.
IMO they are scum (apologies for using that word) because - rather than blame themselves - they blame everyone else for their predicament.
