Hi Samark
Selling on, or prior to, any news is a common technique amongst O&G investors. There is a fair bit of nervousness in the broader market ATM and it's concentrated in smallcap resource stocks, and particularly in O&G sector.
IMHO good news will present a further derisked opportunity for the nimble buyer. Cashflow will follow in a short timeframe.
