This dilution was known for a long time and Wizdom only gets paid if they meet the performance hurdle so this is positive, otherwise LVT would have bought a dud. I think today's down move was not due to the dilution effect but the Apple earnings warning. Nasdaq futures down 1.2% now. Tomorrow is going to look ugly unless something positive happens, like they found a cure for the Coronavirus.
