    WLE trade at a premium to NTA...

    AEG trade (mainly) at a discount to NTA.....

    If merger is done on NTA's (Currently) AEG holders will be better off , provided WLE continue to trade at a premium to NTA........

    Not sure if the above is how it works so DYOR .
