Your preaching to the converted here barras, I like surprises like getting free money to drill , and I wasn't expecting that "Drilling for equity" arrangement either, acquiring that granted tenement from Dynamic Metals for a song, just like the selling of the Iron ore rights for 200k a while ago was a pleasant surprise , even attracting the well respected Rock Dr. who for the first time in his career stepped into a directors roll and invested not only his time but his reputation and quite a bit of his money (Don't forget his wife's money also) now we are already talking about (in the media) how we are going to clear the overburden sand off the top of the open pit using scrapers , things are moving fast without burning through a lot of money.
