Lockdown will be good and bad... will fast track a CWH repeat order (which I would have thought would have happened by now anyway???), but will only make the spa's a harder prospect (assume we won't get full rent free for the period). Was any more alluded to 'extracting value from the spa' in the AGM? I missed it.
