Great to have the 1.3m sown up....BUT....i have to call it as i see it.
To offer an SPP to raise $1 million from current holders shows how amateur this board are at asx matters. They were massively oversubscribed from the sophs and could have taken $3m and had it approved in tranches via a general meeting. "POOF" we would have lots of cash and be trading ready for more news in the fullness of time.
Instead we have some "kumbaya " lets be fair to holders! Well I say thats a joke, holders have had enough time to buy.
The only good thing I will say about the SPP is at least it will all be over by the end of his month.
Luckily the products we have are fantastic and the board are great at selling them, but they have lost faith with me for offering a SPP, when it was just not necessary.
