Yes $600k is only a small order, maybe a sample size before much much larger orders are on the way. WMB may need to raise their production lines to keep up with future demands. don't be surprised if it continues to sit around where it is at the moment for a few more weeks months until we show your worth. WNB is not for day traders, it is a set and forget about it for a year or so....in time you'll see it more up
