If a minimum is not met if $250k per quarter we can terminate the agreement. If we breach the agreement of exclusivity to CARE and find someone else who can sell more than the agreement is terminated. I think CARE also can expand with this contract by going out and offering this to more. It’s a great win. The $3m over 3 years is minimum for this to work out.
