Fact is the closer they get to 80% but fallen short, the more likely they will fork out a better deal for the dissident share holders for getting the rest of us will be as hard as squeezing blood out of a stone.

As for their associates, it's all funny money anyway. The extra monies paid to these entities will eventually find their way back to WNI.
