Of course we will never know what incentives (bribes) have been given to Norgard and Paterson to transfer their shares, though it must be quite a pretty prize for these two guys firstly to transfer at theft-syle low prices, and secondly for them to totally abrogate their duties as directors to all shareholders, including minorities.
If Wah Nam is true to form, it will probably ditch both of these guys when convenient, and may even welsh of any promises made to them.
